I am over the moon to introduce you all to Rachel Svoboda. I met her several years ago when I was working my ass off, trying to get my butt in the door in the Advertising space. Through the grape vine, I finally met her and there was an instant connection and appreciation for each other's tenacity. Rachel is not only always doing something wonderful to enrich her community, but one of her key pillars in life is to uplift female leadership. From founding her current agency, Sunday Brunch, to raising a class on her podcast The Brunch Club, to literally creating her own bourbon label, Lynxx, because there wasn't enough women in the industry. It's no doubt she's a force to reckon with.
